Inspect offers a dynamic way for users to view and analyze trends and anomalies in their voice of customer data over time.

Data Stories View

The initial inspect view will show the current insights for the day. Each insight will indicate in the top right corner of the insight card if the insight is a trend or an anomaly. Trends indicate a new trend surfacing while anomalies indicate large spikes or drops.

The top right of the card indicates the insight time frame. The topic is in quotations and a qualitative summary is beneath the topic. At the bottom of the card is the average interactions per day and the stats on the trend of the anomaly.

Detailed Data Story View

Clicking into a data story will bring you to the detailed data story view.

In this view you will see the details data change of the topic over time along with the previous trend and the new trend.

You will also see the breakdown of where the topic is represented in your voice of customer data sources.

Downloading Graph Images

If you want to download and share the graph images you can select the "Image" button in the top right of the graphs to download the image.

Accessing and Downloading Verbatims

To access the customer interactions verbatims select the "Verbatims" tab at the top of the insight story.

From the verbatims view you can download the verbatims by clicking the download button in the top right. You can filter the datasources and change the ordering by selecting the drop down menus in the top right.

To see the full customer interaction of a verbatim select the dialogue icon button on the bottom right of the verbatim. If you see a verbatim that does not fit the topic it has been assigned to, you can provide that feedback by clicking the red thumbs-down button.

Sharing Insight Stories

You can share an insight story by copying and sharing the URL. Each URL is unique to to the story insight making it easy to share with others.
